THANKFUL FOR...

A few things I am thankful for...

1. Mark- A great husband and father. I cant explain how much I love him! I am extremely blessed to have him in mylife. With all he has going on,work, school and Bishopric he is so good at balancing it all. I am thankful for his love for me, sometimes he knows me better then I know myself. I love to watch him with Taylor, they both love each other so much. He is in trouble when she gets older, she has him wrapped around his finger!! All day long she tells me I just want my daddy come home and the second he is home he is doing whatever she wants to do from dancing to playing babies! He is an amazing man!

2. TaYlOr GrAyCe- What an angel... for the most part! I am lucky to be her momma! She keeps me happy all day long. I love the little things she says to me throughout the day... some cute examples... she will come up to me and say Momma your not Jessica, your momma, for about a week she did not like baths so in order to get her to like it Mark would sing her a song We wash our bodies yes we do, now whenever she wants to take a bath she sings we wash our bodies yes I are! She is so sweet, if she can tell something is wrong, either your sad or dont feel well she is all over you kissing you and hugging you then she will say you not sad anymore. I am so thankful to have her as my daughter.
3. My family- First Mom, she is such a great example of being a mother. She is always there for me knowing my needs and helping my when I need her!!! Taylor loves her grammie and is always following her around helping her cook or clean! Second Dad, he is such a hard worker and has always taken care of his family. I am thankful to have him as my workout buddy. I am very much like my dad, which can be a good and a bad thing. He is stubborn and competitive and so am I!! While those can be bad things they can be very good too. He is such a great grandpa and so great to deal with all his girls he is surrounded by! After he gets home and Taylor is over at there house you cxan find him either in her room playing kitchen or taking he outside to see Annie! Anything she wants she gets from Grandpa! Third Dani, I remember my mom telling us that one day we would be best friends and it happened! She is a great big sister, and Taylor's favorite Dani. I dont know what I would do without Dani, she always listens to me and encourages me and she watches Tay almost everyday so that I am able to go to the gym!

4. Pregnancy! Hardest thing I have ever done in my life but most rewarding!! I am thankful to be pregnant because I know what I am doing is bringing another of Heavenly Fathers children into this life and giving them a chance to return to him. I also know at the end I will have this new little angel to hold in my arms and to love and have her love me! I am also VERY thankful she will be coming very soon and I can begin to return to normal!
5. Working Out!! This too his my Dad's fault, I am totally addicted to it. I am thankful that I am able to still workout being 38 weeks pregnant! It makes me feel good and happy!! I am excited to be able to push myself soon and be able to run again... I CANT WAIT TO RUN! Its been a good ten weeks since I was able to get a pretty good run in. I am thankful that we took up swimming a year ago it has been a lifesaver with workout and being pregnant! I am able to keep the same pace I had before I got pregnant!
6. YOUNG WOMENS! I love, love, love being called into this program! I love these girls! I love the ladies I serve with! I know that the Young Women's program is inspired and is so important in these girls lives and I am thankful that I get to chance to take part in it as a leader. With this I am thankful for the Church. I would be lost without it, it gives me direction and meaning in my life.

BABY UPDATE!

I hav just about 4 weeks and about 3 days before my due date! I went to the doctor on Tuesday and I am dilated a finger tip, 50% effaced and she is at a -3 station! I am happy to have any progress towards labor at this point =) I am feeling... well like I am 35 weeks pregnant! Luckily I have been able to continue to workout. I have been able to keep up with swimming and have not had to back done, I am just barely feeling pregnant in my swim workout... and I blame my dad. A couple weeeks ago he found a website with some great tips and after applying what he learned he was able to increase his speed a little leaving me a lap behind him by the time we are done grrr!!! Cardio... running has been a different story!!! I stopped running about 5 weeks ago due to the fact that I could not hardly walk the next day much less get out of bed!! So, I started walking on an incline but even that has begun to KILL!! So, I have decided to mostly swim and eliptical for my cardio! I am very grateful for being able to workout through my pregnancy not only for my sanity but makes me feel somewhat in shape with my belly!! My blood pressure is all over the place... sometimes is normal and sometimes its elavated. This happened with Tay too but progressively got worse so not slo abnormal that its happening again. Its not bad enough that I have to be down, Iwas just told to take it easy and rest throughout the day BUT I can continue to workout!! I will be going every week from now on! Here is to hoping for progress at every visit!!!
