THANKFUL FOR...

A few things I am thankful for...

1. Mark- A great husband and father. I cant explain how much I love him! I am extremely blessed to have him in mylife. With all he has going on,work, school and Bishopric he is so good at balancing it all. I am thankful for his love for me, sometimes he knows me better then I know myself. I love to watch him with Taylor, they both love each other so much. He is in trouble when she gets older, she has him wrapped around his finger!! All day long she tells me I just want my daddy come home and the second he is home he is doing whatever she wants to do from dancing to playing babies! He is an amazing man!

2. TaYlOr GrAyCe- What an angel... for the most part! I am lucky to be her momma! She keeps me happy all day long. I love the little things she says to me throughout the day... some cute examples... she will come up to me and say Momma your not Jessica, your momma, for about a week she did not like baths so in order to get her to like it Mark would sing her a song We wash our bodies yes we do, now whenever she wants to take a bath she sings we wash our bodies yes I are! She is so sweet, if she can tell something is wrong, either your sad or dont feel well she is all over you kissing you and hugging you then she will say you not sad anymore. I am so thankful to have her as my daughter.
3. My family- First Mom, she is such a great example of being a mother. She is always there for me knowing my needs and helping my when I need her!!! Taylor loves her grammie and is always following her around helping her cook or clean! Second Dad, he is such a hard worker and has always taken care of his family. I am thankful to have him as my workout buddy. I am very much like my dad, which can be a good and a bad thing. He is stubborn and competitive and so am I!! While those can be bad things they can be very good too. He is such a great grandpa and so great to deal with all his girls he is surrounded by! After he gets home and Taylor is over at there house you cxan find him either in her room playing kitchen or taking he outside to see Annie! Anything she wants she gets from Grandpa! Third Dani, I remember my mom telling us that one day we would be best friends and it happened! She is a great big sister, and Taylor's favorite Dani. I dont know what I would do without Dani, she always listens to me and encourages me and she watches Tay almost everyday so that I am able to go to the gym!

4. Pregnancy! Hardest thing I have ever done in my life but most rewarding!! I am thankful to be pregnant because I know what I am doing is bringing another of Heavenly Fathers children into this life and giving them a chance to return to him. I also know at the end I will have this new little angel to hold in my arms and to love and have her love me! I am also VERY thankful she will be coming very soon and I can begin to return to normal!
5. Working Out!! This too his my Dad's fault, I am totally addicted to it. I am thankful that I am able to still workout being 38 weeks pregnant! It makes me feel good and happy!! I am excited to be able to push myself soon and be able to run again... I CANT WAIT TO RUN! Its been a good ten weeks since I was able to get a pretty good run in. I am thankful that we took up swimming a year ago it has been a lifesaver with workout and being pregnant! I am able to keep the same pace I had before I got pregnant!
6. YOUNG WOMENS! I love, love, love being called into this program! I love these girls! I love the ladies I serve with! I know that the Young Women's program is inspired and is so important in these girls lives and I am thankful that I get to chance to take part in it as a leader. With this I am thankful for the Church. I would be lost without it, it gives me direction and meaning in my life.

BABY UPDATE!

I hav just about 4 weeks and about 3 days before my due date! I went to the doctor on Tuesday and I am dilated a finger tip, 50% effaced and she is at a -3 station! I am happy to have any progress towards labor at this point =) I am feeling... well like I am 35 weeks pregnant! Luckily I have been able to continue to workout. I have been able to keep up with swimming and have not had to back done, I am just barely feeling pregnant in my swim workout... and I blame my dad. A couple weeeks ago he found a website with some great tips and after applying what he learned he was able to increase his speed a little leaving me a lap behind him by the time we are done grrr!!! Cardio... running has been a different story!!! I stopped running about 5 weeks ago due to the fact that I could not hardly walk the next day much less get out of bed!! So, I started walking on an incline but even that has begun to KILL!! So, I have decided to mostly swim and eliptical for my cardio! I am very grateful for being able to workout through my pregnancy not only for my sanity but makes me feel somewhat in shape with my belly!! My blood pressure is all over the place... sometimes is normal and sometimes its elavated. This happened with Tay too but progressively got worse so not slo abnormal that its happening again. Its not bad enough that I have to be down, Iwas just told to take it easy and rest throughout the day BUT I can continue to workout!! I will be going every week from now on! Here is to hoping for progress at every visit!!!

Our Little Family

It has been a great sabbath day today. Mark has been able to spend most of the day with us!! I LOVE IT! When we came home from church and he was here with us it felt kinda odd! It has been a year since Mark was called to serve as 2nd Counselor in the Bishopric. I loved spending some time with Mark and Tay before church. Since Taylor was in her Easter dress we took some pictures. I have made all of Taylor's Easter dresses with my mom's help! This year I got a cut pattern that was simple and easy and I with little direction I was able to sew the dress all by myself!!

Last Couple Months

I have been a slacker as of late, one because our camera does not like to hook up to our computer and two cause I have not been in a blogging mood!!! To catch up(kinda) I am just going to post some fun pictures of what we have been up to!

Dani's Christmas to us! BYU Basketball Tickets, We LOVE this present and would be so sad if we did not get it!!!! We have been to 3 games this year and have had so much fun.

Us at Zions! We spent a long weekend in St. George and Taylor got sick so on the last day we took a ride out to Zions with my Grandpa and Grandma Sprouse. It was fun to see the sites and good for Taylor to be able to rest!

One of Taylor's Favorite Christmas presents was her tent my parents gave her. I think everyone took a turn spending some time with her in there because she did not want to get out and would beg you to come in!

Christmas morning picture, waiting on the staris to go open her presents!

Another one of Tay's favorite past times! Cooking, she has a kitchen and our house and myparents and she loves playing with them. One time I went to check on her and this is what I found! She insisted on him sitting down and our course he did!

We have had a great couple months. Taylor makes us SO happy, she is such a fun and happy little girl. She loves to be busy, either playing or coloring BUT she loves to help especailly in the kitchen! She loves to help Grammie Kerrie cook and is so serious about it! She can count to eleven but dont ask her to cause she will not do it... infact she does not like to do anything unless she wants to do it... wonder where that comes from!! She can almost spell her name, can sing Sunbean, I am a child of God, Cougar fight song and so many others! Loves her big girl bed and her sleep, if she is tired she asks to go to bed!! She is our sweet little stubborn girl!
I have been busy with Taylor and being pregnant. I am 29 weeks now, and I am truely counting down! I am exicted to have a new baby girl in our home but I am ready to feel normal again! My pregnancy has been fairly good! I have been able to keep active, but even that is becoming harder. Until now I have been able to run but my ligaments and sciatic nerve or putting a stop to that... guess I will have to stick to walking as fast as I can and swimming, a workout I can do and not fell the affects of pregnancy. This child never holds still and is constantly letting me know she is on there with sharps kicks!
Mark is busy with work, school and Bishopric stuff, but is always so good to give us the attention we need!! I love him dearly and I think he is SO amazing! With his busy schedule I sometimes miss him so bad but he has a way of making that better! I know the sarcifices he is making now are helping our family and we have been so blessed for them.
Life is good and busy but would be boring if it where something else... RIGHT?

Update on New Baby Sandgren

So, in July I took a pregnancy test... it was positive! I called the doctor scheduled my first appointment. When I was about 4 weeks along I spotted for two days, called the doctor they said not to worry, I did for a couple days but stopped because I felt like this baby was meant to be with us. As I prayed I got the feeling that this baby was eagerly awaiting its time to come to earth. Well, a couple weeks went by! I was nine weeks along when my first appointment got cancelled...grr I was annoyed. A week later my rescheduled appointment got cancelled and was told my doctor was taking a leave of absenses. So, I got reschedule with a new doctor for the next week. This appointment never got cancelled and I finally made it to my first appointment. During this appointment the docter could not find a heartbeat... and since I bled they decided I had better have an ultrasound to check everything out. Before we left he told me my uterus only felt about 9 weeks along... we thought I was 12. So, we went and got an ultrasound, this is where we where informed that we where off on our dates... okay but by how much? Our baby was only measuring 6 WEEKS... which means it was conceived early August. Also the heartbeat was only at 117 and had to be moniter until it got to 120 I told her I had a positive pregnancy test in July... hmm. Well, she said I could have miscarried and got pregnant with a couple of weeks. The next week I went back in and it was up to 142!! At this time I found out my doctor was back and was taken to her office. Looking at my ultrasound she tells me baby is healthy... thank goodness! She also has no explanation to what happened... still dont know for sure what happened. We where just happy to have a healthy baby, with a little frustration to learn that I was 5 weeks less then I thought. 4 weeks later went back in for my regular scheduled visit and we could not hear the heartbeat, being only 10 weeks my doctor was not too worried. So today I went back in the make sure we could hear it and we did!!! This pregnancy has been for more stressful then the first, but am finally glad to know everything is progressing and doing well. This puts me due on May 1st!

Our Lil Cougar

Taylor loved watching the first 2 BYU games on the with us. She got very into them, cheering and yelling at the tv! We decided to give it a try and take her to her first game at LES! She LOVED it, so we took her to the next game! I was in a better mood, since it was a good football game, so I took so pics. Taylor loves BYU but she calls them YU, cant get her to say the B! She can spot anything BYU from forever away! She has started to learn the fight song, if you say rise and shout she quickly says Cougar Out! This week my Dad pulled up infront of the stadium to drop us off, she got SO excited when she say the stadium and started yelling "That Cougar!" She likes to sit on her dad's lap, or on the seat next to him. She cheers and claps and dances! She also asks "what happen?" a lot! She is our families youngest Cougar fan and fan she is!

Here our so other pics I took!
